In this article you can read that Madonna and her kids went to Malawi to pick up daughter Mercy James. This will be the second child that she adopts from Malawi. The singer adopted son David back in 2006. She first planned to have her daughter flown over to her in LA, but changed mind when son David said he wanted to play with his sister now.
I think adopting a child and preventing him/her a secure life is something very precious. I hope mercy will find happiness in her new family. Madonna that already has three children is now divorced but is not scared to adopt a child again but this time without a man on her side. This shows that she really is a strong woman.
